Work hours & pay calculator

Calculate weekly work hours, deduct breaks and estimate gross pay, including overnight shifts.

How it works

Add up to seven shifts. An end time earlier than the start means the shift finishes the next day. Breaks are unpaid. Blank rows are skipped.

Weekly overtime = max(0, net hours − your threshold). Gross pay = regular hours × rate + overtime hours × rate × multiplier. The threshold and multiplier are your assumptions, not local employment rules. This estimate excludes taxes, premiums and deductions.

Example

Five shifts from 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break each = 37 hours 30 minutes. At 25 per hour, gross pay is 937.50.
